"It's a niche." The phrase that could have stopped us.

When we launched Caps Invent , we thought the hardest part would be technical: creating, testing, adjusting, producing.

But we quickly realized that the most difficult thing... would be something else:

👉 the way others see you.

At first, we weren't taken seriously. Not maliciously, but clearly.

We heard:

“It’s a niche market.” “But who’s going to buy that?” “Nobody’s going to pay that price.”

And the worst part was the "expert" advice on pricing from people who had never created a product or managed manufacturing:

👉 “It should cost €50”

👉 “Sell for less, nobody will pay as much.”

Except that behind the Flos , there were months of trials, adjustments and a lot of 3D printing. Our ambition was simple: to simplify a gesture that the pros already know and create perfect cheese flowers, quickly and effortlessly .

The Flos allows cheesemongers and restaurateurs to save time while offering an impeccable presentation. For individuals or small events, the Flos Touch reproduces this experience at home, easily and elegantly.

Deep down, we knew that the Flos met a real need . Every demo, every board tested, every customer feedback confirmed that our instinct was correct.

And then there was discouragement. That moment when you ask yourself:

“What if I’m the one who’s wrong?”

In hindsight, we've understood one thing:

Often, people don't criticize your project. They project their fears.

But every time Flos is used, every smile from a professional or a client, every reaction to a well-presented board reminds us why we started.

Because it's not your circle of friends and family that validates your product. It's feedback from the field : demonstrations, customers, and professionals.

And if you too are at that point, where no one understands your project…

I'm telling you:

👉 You are not alone.

👉 You're not crazy.

👉 You're just ahead of schedule.

And today, we are proud of the journey we have made , of each prototype tested, of each satisfied customer, and of everything that Flos has made possible to create.
